Maintenance Water Pump
Water pump is necessary to maintenance same as engine. The mechanic must keep observing and firmly checking to every parts of water pump always work together.
These are important parts of water pump.

1.Body
2.Shaft
3.Ball bearing
4.Mechanical seal
5.Impeller
6.Couplings (Belt)

There are 6 ways to maintenance water pump.

1.Use grease with shaft every 50-60 hours.
2.Always check gear oil (only in PTO model) that not below to volume.
3.If mechanical seal is wore out, must change it.
4.Always check the all screw on body and impeller.
5.Don't let pipe tip close to sand while the pump is working, it can damage to impeller.
6.Always check with couplings (belt), don't let it loose or tight.

the mentioned instructions if any one of them is missing, it may result to a damage of pump  which causes higher maintenance cost.
 
caution  :  Do not run pump dry.
